The Rougher Clinic will be open throughout the school year. The clinic is staffed by a full-time Nurse Practitioner and full time Nurse. Services offered are similar to a Primary Care Providers Clinic. Rougher Clinic is sponsored by Muskogee Community Hospital, Muskogee Public Schools, and the City of Muskogee Foundation.
Purpose:
It is the goal of the Rougher Clinic to see patients promptly with the intent to decrease absenteeism and loss of work, while providing quality health care.
Return students to the classroom in a timely manner.
Return school staff quickly without the need to use personal time off for minor illness.
Reduce missed days at work for parents.
Follow up appointments if necessary, prior to returning to school.
Who is Eligible for Clinic Services:
All certified staff.
All support staff.
Clinic Fees:
No out of pocket expense.
Medicaid, Sooner Care, and Private Insurance will be filed.
Students without medical benefits will be assisted in obtaining health care coverage.
Primary Care Provider:
All students and staff who do not have a Primary Care Provider will be referred to a Physician for major illness and oversight of care.
EVERY CHILD MUST HAVE A SIGNED CONSENT AND MEDICAL HISTORY ON FILE!

Monday- Irving
Tuesday- Cherokee
Wednesday- Morning-Cherokee
Afternoon- Whittier
Thursday- Whittier
Friday- Irving
Clinic phone will be answered during operating hours. After hours, weekends and holidays it will be necessary to contact the Primary Care Provider or Emergency Room for conditions that cannot wait until the clinic reopens.
