The Character Education Partnership has named Rougher Alternative Academy a National School of Character for its commitment to character education and for fostering a positive environment for social and academic learning.
Rougher Alternative Academy has been named a 2013 Oklahoma School of character by the Character Council of Oklahoma.
Rougher Alternative Academy was recognized in the House of Representatives by Rep. Jerry McPeak in honor of the school's status as State School of Character.
